CUISINE MENU

TRACE is a rustic-chic restaurant crafting reimagined, Southern-inspired meals from farm-to-table ingredients concept organized Shean Suter, Executive Chef
1st Course Local mixed greens with aged Roquefort, smoked Marconia almonds, crostini drizzled with a local honey Dijon vinaigrette
2nd Course:  Roasted Quail mole, potato leek gratin
3rd Course:  Braised lamb shank barley and grains, chiffonade of local beets, cherry scented jus
4th Course:  Mason jar bread pudding with white and dark chocolate crème fraiche

WHISKY MENU

GUILTY: Yes, I admit willfully selecting the 6 best-tasting Single Malt Scotch Whiskies that I could find in the State of Georgia! Our welcoming dram is Glenlivet 12, the benchmark for Speyside whiskies. The acclaimed Cragganmore 12 (Michael Jackson called its aroma the most complex in all of Scotland) and Glenfiddich 15 Solera Reserve (from a 19,000-L vat that is never permitted to be half-emptied before being recharged with more casks of 15-yearold sherry, bourbon and fresh oak aged whiskies. We will follow-on with the fine Macallan 15 Fine Oak and, Atlanta’s favorite, Oban 14. How to finish? Laphroaig 10 is my favorite campfire dram with its sweet peaty finish. Do come along to “The W” and bring a friend!
